Returns & Exchanges
POLICY
NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits and swimsuits. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you a store credit in the form of a e-code provided via email. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning we recommend using a tacking service such as USPS flat rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.
SHOES
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged along with the shoes.
LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
TOPS and DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
RETURNS
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our faculty. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
